    • There is currently no tracking on UK orders however if you are waiting for a package which should have arrived please email us at info@collectlondon.com.
    • If you have ordered from outside of the UK you will be able to track your order in the My Account section of the site using the tracking number provided.

    • If you are not entirely happy with any purchases we will send you a prepaid package to return your goods in. You must notify us within 14 days of purchase via email (info@collectlondon.com) and items must be in saleable condition. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
    • In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
    • Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference.
    • The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account. Each item returned is refunded separately, and will show on your statement as a refund / credit from COLLECTLONDON.COM. You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team with your order number, postcode and new card details.

    • As well as doing print designs in house Collect also relies on the contribution of designers from all over the world. We invite artists from all walks of life to submit designs to us for each future collection. To find out more go to the Design for us pages.
    • Feedback
    • We aim to provide feedback to every artist that submits work to us. However from time to time we receive a larger than expected volume of designs making it difficult for us to get back to everyone as quickly as we would like to. If you are still awaiting feedback please email us at info@collectlondon.com and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
